rabbit has a big bald patch on his ear

bubbles's ear has a big bald spot on it. the skin looks normal to me and there are no scratch marks and it is not red. what could it be?

this is a picture of it. if it helps, he is on 2 medications right now

Is he molting? Could another rabbit have pulled it out? Does Bubbles have enough toys to play with during the day? Sometimes when rabbits get board they will pull their fur out.

he is scratching his ear, but not very often and he really likes grooming that ear only. I'll go get some twigs for him to chew on

Does it look clean on the inside of his ear? Good idea with the tree branches.

it looks clean he was itching his ear because the skin was dry so i put a few drops of baby oil on the bald patch at a family friends recommendation
