Rabbit eye swelled and white part is red

my rabbit was fighting with the other rabbit and got his head and hand stuck in the fence after freeing him his eye had a minor swelling and his eye is all black unless his eyelids is pulled back so I checked and it’s reddish in color what do I do?

Go to the vet! Eye injuries are serious and can only be treated by a vet
