The color looks like Sable Magpie
For breed, we can't tell anything for certain. It doesn't really have the characteristics of any breed, so it could be a mix of anything, but it is definitely a mix. Mixed breed rabbits are far, far more common than purebred rabbits so unless people specifically buy from a breeder most the rabbits they get are some indeterminate mix (as opposed to dogs, where purebred dogs are relatively common, and most mixes can draw their ancestry back to certain breeds)
