My Blue-Eyed White Holland Lop doe, Promise, seems to have some sort of pussing rash on both sides of her jaw as well as her throat and the back of her neck. The white fur is colored yellow and it's crusty. The skin is bright red and bumpy. It has a bad smell, even after cleaning it off with soap and water. Her vent area also seems to be smellier than usual even after cleaning it.

Any ideas?

Also, she is currently raising a 2 week old litter (6 babies) at the moment. She's about 2 years old and has had 2 litters before. She's an excellent mother.

That's odd. :( It sort of sounds like vent disease on overload. It's common to have the skin issues around the face and eyes, but not as extensive as you're describing.

Vent Disease

The cream is an antifungal, and the antibiotic won't make syphilis go away, so if there's no improvement within a few days I'd go ask for penicillin.
