Please Help!

I have just realized that my month old baby holland lops right front leg is twisted to the side and look like it is upside down. His other leg is fine. My mom wont take him to the vet and no one else that I ask can tell me what to do. Im really worried that If I just leave it he will be in pain. As It looks like its been like this since he was born I need to figure out something soon or he could end up with it being like that forever.

Its nearly upside down and when he tries to hop he just drags it along after him

If its as bad as you say it is, he needs a vet, period. I sure would be in pain if my leg was hanging off my body upside down.

He is hopping around alright and is moving just as much as his sister but im worried that it could be something serious. And I know that I can turn on a light but the mother is feeding him right now and I cant take a pic without taking him out of the cage and away from the mother as he is an outside rabbit

It sounds like it's too misaligned for a homemade splint to work. He'll have a lame leg without any treatment.
