Pimple in ear?

Hey everyone, im new on here but have had bunny for a few years now. My big boy has what looks like a black head in one of his ears. It doesnt seem to be bothering him but in the last week I have noticed it getting a little bigger. Any idea what it could be?

If it looks like a wart or hard growth, it could be shope papilloma virus transferred from a biting insect. They can sometimes go away on their own, but leaving it also has the risk of becoming cancerous. So surgical removal by an experienced rabbit vet would be necessary.
