I'm not a breeder but I can't see any striking deformities. It doesn't look like it to me but I'm not a breeder... but have had baby bunnies...hopefully others on the list can pitch in...

I tend to agree that it's probably a runt, but it's also possible that it was born with a problem you can't fix. There aren't enough in the litter for this little one to not get enough milk, if it wants it. Just try to supplement and hope for the best.
