This is a picture of Poh Bear, a 1 year and a half old holland lop. He has had overgrown teeth over a year from chewing on bars (not genetic) but to has just gotten worse over the last few months. We've been trimming his teeth but they grow so fast it's hard to keep up. He got into a fight with another buck Boomer when he got out of his run in the bunny barn. So a chunk of his nose got slightly detached but it healed fine and doesnt cause him any pain. But recently in the little slit between his nose and lip has got this weird look that looks like an infection. We don't know what else we can do or if we should just put him down. Any help at all would be appreciated.

How do you jump from infection to euthanize?
Please take your rabbit to a rabbit savvy vet. He needs to be seen and have this examined and treated properly.

Please take the poor bunny to a rabbit vet. And you should never trim teeth, teeth need to be burred. Clipping teeth can cause fractures which lead to infection.
I’m really keen to know in what way you’re dealing with the situation?
I’m worried that you haven’t suggested the option of visiting a vet in your initial post but ‘putting him down’ seems like a viable option?
