I have used powdered goats milk from a Rural King store and followed the instructions on the packet to dilute in water as well as the right temperature to give it to them at and it helped me save at least 3 out of a litter of 12 my female rabbit had. I found it in the rabbit section of the store and came with a nursing syringe. I haven't used cow milk or heard anything about the pros or cons of nursing then with cow milk however.

I do know that their mother's milk has something in it that helps protect the bunnies from being more susceptible to diseases. There may be a reason why the store provides powdered goats milk and not cow's milk regarding that idea.
