New Hoomin

Yesterday, our other Hoomin came home. He's been gone since before mommy brought me and Whidbey home, so we never met him before.
Mommy was really happy, but we weren't so sure. We stayed hidden all day. And wouldn't even come out when mommy tried to bribe us with crasins.
He was nice to us, and even fed us dinner. But he's new and scary.

Do new hoomins ever get less scary?

he's your mommy's "bonded fwiend". if your mommy likes him that much, he's prolly good people 'cause otherwise she wouldn't let him come near you.

You will get used to him & probably like him just like you like her. He will be less & less new.

Update on the new hooman.

The other day, mommy picked my up so that the new hooman could pet me. He was pretty nice. Though still a little big and scary.
He keeps trying to gives me cranberries, but I'm still on STRIKE! (though my resolve is weakening... cranberries are yummy, and he seems nice enough...)
