New haircut

In December, I cut 10 inches off of my hair for Pantene's beautiful lengths

(immediately after donating blood to the red cross, you can't for a while after you've been in a malarial zone) then told my hairdresser to do whatever she wanted to with it. I'd wanted to donate it for a while and really needed a haircut before I went to Kenya (pictures in my blog) because long thick hair does not mix well with bucket showers.

Less hair is also cooler in the tropics. 40 years ago I shave my head just because, but, now my braid is to the middle of my back. Looks good both ways.
