help! my new bun has some kind of crust on his nose, I'm not really sure what it could be.

Can't see much on the picture, but could be vent disease (rabbit syphilis). If you have other rabbits keep him quarentined and see a vet, if it is that he would need an antibiotic treatment.

yes i do have other rabbits. thanks for the reply, but I don't think it is I've been looking at some pics and it's much different. Its more just a few tint amounts of crust than varices different bigger patches. But I guess it could be. he is a Holland lop though his ears did not lop.

Like Preitler said, likely rabbit syphilis. Burrowing mites could be a slight possibility, though doesn't seem as likely to me. Keep in mind that there are different developmental stages of rabbit syphilis. This could just be the start and it will gradually worsen.
