Scamp is coming up to a year old and thismorning i noticed that she has pulled her fur and has stuffed hay intothe dark part of her hutch. There are no males around so shecant have a baby and I know this is just phantom pregnancy the questionis how do i deal with it?

I have to clean her hutch out tonight and it seems like an insensitive question but is it safe to remove said nest?

Just leave it in with her. Otherwiseshe might make another. She'll probably be moody for a whileto, so be careful.

she is moody anyway butseems a little more cheeky than usual bless her. I didntremove it in the end as I did not want to upset her will just clean upher poops that are in the light bit and put fresh bedding down.

Pepsi recently had a phantom pregnancy althoughshe didn't pull out fur. After seh built her nest, a few days later Ihad to treat her for gas. Did you see her build it?Isn't isso adorable watching them build little nests?
