My (hopefully) pregnant rabbit hasn't pulled fur yet

Yesterday was the day I put the nestbox in. She is due on the ninth. She hasn't pulled fur yet, though.

I'm wondering if it is normal for them to wait to pull fur? I am new at breeding. Does this mean she is not pregnant? I did try to palpate her, but like I said, I'm new and I don't really know about what I felt.

some does pull only an hour before they give birth, some do sooner.

Is she a first timer? New mom's sometimes don't pull fur at all, or afterward. Even seasoned mom's sometimes wait til the last minute.

My rabbits usually don't pull fur until the last minute. It's unusual for me to see fur before there are kits in the nest. I wouldn't be worried.

Haha this is one of my does that got very tired because she prepared her nest minutes before she gave birth she had 8 babies!!!

Haha. I'm just glad she actually was pregnant. I liked having an uneventful birth.
