my bunny is jumping really wierd... he jumps up and then twists in the air if that makes sence.. he somesimea also does it while jumping forward so that he kin of face plants.. what is wrong? should i take him to the vet? he also suddently lays down at times as if his legs dont work anymore... does anyone know what is happening? this only happens when i let him out of his cage in the morning... should i stop letting him out?

If he's jumping in the air and twists, it sounds like a 'binky' which is rabbit for "YES THIS IS THE BEST". It's quite silly. Google videos of rabbits binkying and see if it's the same (e.g. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgH0pyo5Fbc[/ame] ) It also sounds like when he lays down he's 'flopping' (rabbit people have odd lay terms :p ) which is a sign of comfort (e.g. [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55RwANprhBY[/ame] ). If he is otherwise being completely normal, eating, pooping etc. I wouldn't be worried.

Most rabbits are active in the morning and he's probably happy you are letting him out!

Ahah, no, it sounds like he's super happy to be let out of the cage. It's true it can look weird - when I got my first rabbit, she was suddenly falling on her side (she loved doing that next to the litterbox so only her feet were sticking out). Everytime I was rushing towards her thinking 'oh my god, she had a heart attack!' and she was looking at me like 'what is your problem, you weirdo... you are disturbing my rest!' Currently, Tybalt like to lay on his back, which looks super weird too. After a while you know how to recognize 'relaxed' and 'happy' ^^.
