Astro has decided that my bed is the perfect bathroom, and is determined to convince me that what I'm sleeping on is not a bed, but his toilet. He especially likes my blankets, and I can't leave them anywhere, or he'll mark them, even when I'm under them! He hasn't been neutered, yet, and while this behavior may stop once he IS fixed, I have to think of something to deter him from it until then. Fortunately, my bed can be folded into a couch, and I've faced it toward the wall and blocked the sides with cardboard. Is there anything else I can do to discourage him from this behavior? We live in a studio apartment, and except for when I'm at work and sometimes when I'm sleeping, Astro has all of the apartment to do as he pleases, and the only problem that I have with him his insistence on using my bed as another one of his toilets. 😖
