So, I was just thinking and Im pretty curious about bonding.

Which of the following would be best/easiest to bond together as a trio...

(( N = Neutered - S = Spayed - NN = Not Neutered - NS = Not Spayed))

NN Jr. buck + NN Jr. buck + NN Jr. buck

NN Jr. buck + NN Jr. buck + NN Sr. buck

NN Jr. buck + NN Jr. buck + NN Sr. doe

N Sr. buck + N Sr. buck + N Sr. buck

N Sr. buck + N Sr. buck + N Sr. doe

N Sr. buck + N Sr. buck + N Jr. buck

N Sr. buck + N Sr. buck + N Jr. doe

I know this might be a little confusing, but Im hoping someone can let me know.

The last four options would be best if you would like to bond them as lifelong companions rather than temporarily.
I have a bonded trio (two does + one buck) all neutered and it's working great.
Having said that I was trying to create another trio as I have two couples (doe+doe and buck+doe) and one single buck left.
The two does would not accept the lone male although it should be an ideal combination. I dare not ry and put him with the remaining couple as the doe is very aggressive and would tear him to shreds. He is now temporarily with an unneutered young doe and I may create a harem for him with all the brood does:biggrin:
What I am trying to say is that a lot depends on the personalities of the rabbits. I find that my (pet) female rabbits (although spayed) tend to be more aggressive than my males and even the unneuteres females. The brood does actually almost bond better.
