Moving a nest? UPDATED!

One of my flemish does has just started nesting! its an unexpected pregnancy, I let her out of her cage 2 days ago, shes nesting in a wet corner of the rabbitry:shock:

Is it safe to move the nest into her cage?:?

UPDATE
I moved the nest and I found two deformed/early babies right at the bottom of the nest, the doe was keep coming over to her nest when I was moving the fur and taking the dead kits out, I put her and her nest in a cage.

Its weird that she only had two, Shes still fat so she probaly has more inside her?
Is there are possibility that theres still babies inside her?

Ok, id say shes about 3 weeks pregnant because the babies where deformed but nearly fully developed they were seethru and pink ew

She gave birth to another ugly thing, little pink thing looks like the after birth, ill go and check on her soon.

No babies yet, checked on her before and she was shredding her newspaper up, hopefully there'll be some babies soon
