Mounting?

Tonight, Gunston and Whidbey were mounting each other :confused2:

According to the shelter they are both neutered males who grew up together

Is this behavior I should be worried about?

On the other hand, Whidbey FINALLY came out of his house and is exploring a little (in tiny ventures before running back to his safe place)

I'm not 100% sure but I would think mounting is a dominance thing, if they're both sterilized.
