Mom with 8 babies, stray in parking lot

1. Animal lover, well-known as an animal-compassionate person (she has two labradors already), gets a call from her employer that found a stray rabbit in the parking lot.

2. Animal-lover aka labrador "mom" agrees to provide temporary safe haven for the One, repeat one, outcast rabbit. Days later, female-rabbit delivers 8 babies.

3. The animal compassionate person then cries out for help (gulp, didn't expect this).
What do I do?

Perhaps there's an RO member who'd enjoy taking a Brand New Mom and 8 babies for the next 6 weeks?

- One removed-from-parking-lot rabbit (needing a forever home), plus eight more.

Hi naturestee, this has been resolved. Mom and 8 babies were delivered to an IL rescue.

No splitting Hares took these in. They are doing great. It was a brown and white dutch mom .
