Mini lop weight, breeding

Hello, my mini lop doe will be probabily 1.5kg.
My breeder told me that the best buck for her is 1.3-1.5kg max.
Another 2 breeders (have conflict with mine breeder) want to sell me bucks, they are 1.8kg. She told me it is a big mistake, because doe can hurt or even die during giving a birth (too big babies).
Could you help me, what is your opinion about that?

Typically, you want the buck to be smaller, or the same size, as the doe. By my calculations this buck is less than a pound heavier than your doe. There shouldn’t be a problem but others might have a different opinion.
