Mini lop size question

At what age can I assumea mini lop has reached its full size? Thanks!

I am not sure but my buns have been getting bigger errr fatter and they are about 3 years and 4 years now. So mine would not be a good example of when they should stop growing. My mini rex stopped getting longer about 9 months and my lion head it was closer to a year I think. But they got wider for a long time after that lol still do sometimes.
