Hi! My bunny is 6 weeks and a 1/2 old and I took him to the vet and I found out his lymph nodes are enlarged. The vet said it could be swelling/inflammation, cancerous, or infectious. I just wanted to know more info about this. Such as why it’s swelling up or what I can do to help him. His behaviour hasn’t changed at all, he still eats a lot and is very active. I also only had him for a week so far.

The only disease that I know of that causes swollen lymph nodes in rabbits besides cancer is tularemia, a bacterial disease which is infectious and can also be passed to people. But if your rabbit had this then your rabbit would be exhibiting other severe symptoms as well.
Medirabbit (tularemia in rabbits)

Best thing to do would be to discuss your options with your vet. If your vet didn't already prescribe the anti inflammatory meloxicam, maybe that would be worth a try, in case it's just a problem with inflammation.
