Lump on my rabbit - only 12 weeks old

Hi guys,
sucks that this is my first post but I have noticed a lump on the left back side of my 12 week old mini lop and I am very worried. it feels fatty and isolated but he is my first rabbit so I am a bit out of my depth as I have no knowledge on growths. Any help would be great.

Really, you would need a vet to check it out. Has it grown since you first found it? It could be a tumor or abscess, or something else.
