Lump after vaccination

Hey,

Got my two bunnies vaccinated last month (2-in-1 jab). My 4 year old which has had the combined jab is completely fine. My (almost) 2 year old had the combined jab for the first time. She is completely fine other than having a small lump at the injection site. We got the jabs on the 21st October. So it’s been just over 3 weeks now and she still has the lump.

I was just wondering whether we should take her to the vets or leave it a little while longer?

It is non painful and she is acting completely normal.

There can sometimes be localized inflammation from the vaccination. According to this vet site, it usually resolves in a few weeks. If it doesn't or you have any concerns, I would recommend contacting your vet.

My buck had a bump at the site of his RHDV2 vaccine that lasted about a month and a half. Thankfully, it caused no issues or obvious discomfort and slowly went away on its own. Keep feeling it for heat or pain (in case it's an abscess) and that it doesn't get bigger. You can always request that the vet recheck it if you're worried
