Keeping bunny from under furniture

I'm bunny proofing a living room for the first time and I need some advice on how to block the underside of my couch. Material under the couch is already starting to fall off and I have a very curious, very nibbly bun.

A frame of 2x4s is my best idea but not something I really want to do. She LOVES to EAT cardboard so would like to avoid that if I can.

This is too short to keep a bun from jumping over it but I have one that I use to block mine from getting underneath my ottoman.

We used plywood and screwed it right to the furniture. The chairs got boxed in with 1X4's, and the couch got surrounded with the dreaded C word, CARDBOARD! Bunny proofing is never fun, easy, or complete.
