I think yes. What I would do is to order one package and try. If the buny doesn't start eating it, i would assume its okay.
Another tip: Always use it by covering it with hay, so that they don't get uncomfortable when hopping in. (It's like stepping on lego without hay)

Yes, all wood pellets are safe as long as they are not cedar. They most likely will not eat it. And it doesn't hurt their feet, a lot of us on here have been using wood pellets for a while and have never had an issue with their feet from it. But if you want more bang for your buck. You should go to your local farm store like Rural King or Tractor Supply and you can buy it in 40lbs for like $6

Sure, it's safe....just unnecessarily expensive. You can get wood pellets at a hardware store for about $7 but instead of just 8 lbs it would be 40 lbs!
