I was wondering if my bunny is developing a dewlap? I’ll attach a picture for reference. Is it just genetic for a bunny to develop a dewlap or does it mean I’m over feeding him or am I just overreacting and it’s not a dewlap at all?

It does look like a little one. My boy has one too. If you pinch it, it should just feel like skin - not a lump. It might mean that he was/is a little too chunky though. You should be able to feel his ribs and hips easily but they shouldn’t be visible.

Some rabbits have dewlaps and others don’t. As long as their dewlap isn’t too plump/very full they should be fine. My current bunny has a dewlap. I love them on rabbits. Your bunny’s dewlap looks to be in premium condition. As long as their dewlap is not irritated, infected, have scales or have a lump of some kind it should be good 😊👍.
