Hi all! New bunny owner here:) I have a 12 week old mini lop

I just purchased a bunny castle on Etsy. They use Sande Plywood and I am unclear if it is safe or not for my bun to chew! The Etsy seller told us that she has made and sold over 100 and has not had one issue yet. Just wanted to check here to see if anyone else knows??

The seller also told me the wood is made from a Cow Wood tree!

It's not ideal. Plywood has glues and chemicals in it. But usually if a rabbit chews on it at all, it's to destroy it and not ingest the wood. I've had some plywood in my rabbits enclosure, and usually they'll maybe give a test nibble then leave it alone after that. If your rabbit were ingesting much of it, that would be concerning to me and I would consider it unsafe to have in the enclosure.
