So i read somewhere about how someone grew grass in a litter box type thing for their rabbit, so I purchased a container and some grass seeds. But does anyone know if I need drainage in the container? I wasn't going to, but a friend pointed out I may need it.

Anyone done anything similar to this or know anything about plants??

I'll post some photos if I end up growing it!

Cheers :D

I have no clue I would think you would but I'm sure someone else can help you!

Good luck hope it works out for you

You can do it either way, for inside I tend not to put holes so you don't get any water out of the bottom if you've got it on carpet etc. it does mean you have to be careful not to over water though as excess won't drain out.

If you put drainage holes in, it would probably be best to put another tray underneath for the excess water to go into. That's what we do with indoor plants here. :)
