I'm looking for some fairly cheap vets in the Spokane/Spokane Valley area of Washington State. I did find one for my Lulu to get spayed( Mountain Empire Veterinary ), but they didn't seem to know much about rabbits. They held her wrong when taking her back, and giving her back to me. They didn't give her any hay ALL day. They never weighed her, only did a brief well check before her spay. And there were about $15s worth of extra hidden fees.
I just want one for in case something happens but I'm having trouble finding one.
Thanks!!!

£15 is very cheap to get a bunny spayed, id watch out for vets that charge that low, unless they’re an animal charity. Maybe you could find a spay and neuter facility that’s will do it for you. I know @Mariam+Theo spent $50 to get her rabbit neuter

No, no the spay it's self was about $100 in all. I did a blood test to make sure she'd be ok with the anesthesia, because she's a little older.
But if I didn't do the test it would have been about $70. They told me it was going to be $50 ish. Which is still a very reasonable price.
Thank you for the suggestion! I've taken a chicken to that vet, but didn't know they did bunnies!

Hey Lulubooboo...I live in Snohomish...(near Seattle) That is very reasonable for a spay. I have been quoted prices of over $500 here in this area. The Seattle Human Society also does spays for about $90. You might want to look and see if there is a Human Society closer to you; but, they do LOTS of spays and neuters so I would trust them. Just an idea...I would think they would have a Spokane branch. Seattle is a bit far for you travel.

Ok! I'm guessing they would do just well checks too? Because that's more of what I'm looking for. Thank you for the suggestion though! I'll check and see if there's one near by
