I think I might need to put down my baby. What should I do?

The last picture is my baby now. Hes not eating on his own really at all. He wont walk around and it looks like hes in a lot of pain. Idk if bunnies cry but his good eye was very wet. I'm worried I'm going to have to put him down. He needs eye surgery but I'm not so sure he will be able to make it through. His surgery isnt scheduled until wednesday. Hes 8 years old now and they told me he might not make it through as well. I hate seeing him in so much pain. I give him 5 injections a day of medicine and baby food. I'm really not sure how to handle this situation.

Quality of life is our guage. Surgery is a large expense and the vet doesn't seem too optimistic.There is also the age factor--not a youngster any more.
