So back story I have a 2 year old male Unneutered rabbit he is free roamed but I use a exercise pen at night when my dog sleeps in my room as my bunny bothers him all night.
My rabbit jumped the pen and hurt his front paw I’m assuming it’s just sprained because he lets me touch it and it’s not warm or swollen he also still jumps on and off the couch by himself. he was putting normal pressure on it but he did something and now he is limping a little bit but still jumping around and on the couch. Should I be super worried?

I would try to limit his space so he doesn't jump or run for the next few days, to see if it improves. If not much better by Monday, I would suggest taking your bun to get checked by a knowledgeable rabbit vet, as it could be more than a sprain. Also keep a close eye on eating/drinking. If it becomes too painful, it can result in a lack of appetite, and you don't want to risk GI stasis occurring as well. If he does start to not want to eat, you'll need to get him to the vet right away for an exam and pain meds.

I would also suggest a taller pen, covering the current pen, or putting up some sort of panels, to prevent your bun from trying to jump over the pen again.
