I buy hay in bulk, and I think it's about time I throw the bale I'm using away. They hay has gone yellow when it started as a vibrant green, and I'm also having a bug problem that I worry has contaminated the hay. The bugs got into the rabbit treats that contain mostly hay, so I can only assume they've gone for the hay itself as well. Therefor, if it is time to throw it out, how would I do it? I have probably 30lbs left, and I'm not sure the valet trash would take it. There's a dumpster nearby, should I try that?
