How do I get rid of the bad smell of rabbit droppings (rabbit's faeces )?

Neutering/spaying is actually a good way. Smelly rabbit poop (assuming they are healthy) are usually the territorial poop, which is coated in kind of a sheen, oil. Non-territorial poop looks identical, but it's completely dry and doesn't smell.

Spaying/neutering helps reduce the need to mark, so those more smelly poops may reduce.

Aside from that, cleaning the bathroom area regularly and keeping all surfaces dry will prevent smelly bacteria from growing!

I agree with John, a non-fixed rabbit usually has smellier poops or urine to scent the area and make sure the territory is marked as theirs.

What are you feeding your bunny? I've found feeding mine kale makes her droppings smell really bad lol!

I recommend also getting a bunny-safe cleaning spray which is scented to clean the bathroom area regularly.
