Hot bunny signs?

Hey all, we're having a hot spell in our area and so far my bunny Misty has been doing well with the help of a fan and a few ice cube treats, but I was just wondering if anyone knows how to tell if a bunny is hot? I tried googling it but I can only find symptoms of heat stroke or heat exhaustion and I want to stop any overheating before it gets to that extreme. Are there any signs of being hot that I can look out for? And any tips for keeping her cool? Thanks!
