Hey everyone,

Hope all is well. I have noticed that my baby bun has been changing colours. When we got Bella this past March she was all grey and now she's almost 4 months and I know she's molting but now she changed colours. She's still grey but she has a really cool patch of black on her back. Have any of your buns gone through that? Does the colour go back or does it stay this way? I love her colour. Also, I read it can be a sign of puberty. Not sure if this is the case for anyone here? :) Thanks so much! My phone is charging but I will attach a photo later :)

Looks like you have a very gorgeous chinchilla colored bun! One of my bunnies went through a molt and grew back slightly different coloration too. I would suspect your bun is just maturing a bit, and her color will most likely stay that way :)

@Moonika , awe thanks so much for your kind words sweetie. I love your name. My daughter's name is Monica :). I also love Bella's colour and my kids were saying the same thing. You're right, it is a beautiful Chincilla colouring!! I think she's maturing too! My son Joseph will be happy as he said he hopes she stays this colour! I'm sure your buns are as precious xo Happy Saturday my friend!
