Help!

My 2 year old Rex (Maymi) has a sudden, random nosebleed. Any help?
He’s eating and drinking normally. Doesn’t seem distressed by it. He groomed away most of the blood.
Could it be as simple as snagging a nail inside his nose while grooming? He’s due to get his nails trimmed, they’re a bit long right now.
Does he need to be seen by a vet?
Trying not to panic ha!

How much blood was there? And it’s stopped now I imagine? It could be that, but it also could be due to overgrown teeth roots or fungal infection of the nasal passage, I would take him to a vet to be safe.
