Help please , back leg tremor

Hi everyone , i have a big problem in iran we dont have a good exotic vet , my 5 years old rabbit have back leg tremor (involuntary muscle movements ) , what can i do ? I tried fenbendazole for maybe it is cause of E.cuniculi but result is nothing, please help me and my bunny
