If it's actual blood and not just pigmented urine, if this is uterine bleeding from giving birth, you need to get her to a vet right away. That's all that can be done if there is internal bleeding occurring. If it's not uterine but is from the bladder due to a UTI or other bladder issue, that still requires a vet as your rabbit will need to be checked and put on antibiotics, in the very least.

I've dealt with many rabbit UTIs in my house and the urine rarely had visible (to the eye) blood, and if it did, very small specs. Just my experience though and I usually caught the signs early (and there were no stones involved).

Since your bunny has given birth recently, the blood is likely related to that. Bunnies only have little blood so bleeding is dangerous. Get her to the vet, please.

Many of my past breeding does have had red urine for 1-2 days after giving birth. It's totally normal, as long as it returns normal quickly. Sometimes it can be caused from a small vent rip / tear, especially for first time mamas.
