Help! Determining whether my tort is a vc

Hi everyone
I have been wanting to know if this tort is a vc. The breeder wouldn’t tell me his background so I hope someone can help or guess if he is a Vienna carrier. I think his eyes look a lot like the blue eyed ones’ except for the color, which is why I doubt that he is a vc.

You can't tell if it's a vc just by looking at it. If it has visible vienna markings its a vm. the term vc is used for ones that carry the vienna gene but have no physical marks from it.
