The rest of the family is in the Poconos for the holiday with the inlaws.

I'm doing Turkey Day solo....gotta have somebun home to take care of the nanimals!

I'm making turkey cutlets, mashed taters & gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce (canned), and pumpkin pie for desert.
