Guinea pig sitting...

Hello,

We're pet sitting someone's guinea pig for a week. There aren't any toys with her; what can we give her? I have some unopened rabbit toys (the super pet wood blocks). Can we give her those? What about paper towel and toilet paper tubes?

I have zero experience with guinea pigs, and I want to make sure that she doesn't get bored. Any help would be appreciated.

They like toilet paper or paper towel rolls stuffed with hay or loose leaf lettuce. Chewing toys, like rabbits can have. Hanging bird toys.

I have gps and foster them as well (for many years) and they do like toilet paper tubes, etc. My guys also love pvc tubes that you can get for a few dollars at the hardware store, carboard boxes, etc. You can check out an excellent gp forum www.caviesgalore.com for ideas too.
