Today when haru flopped, I heard her belly gurgling and saw something moving, I think it’s the gas¿ she’s eating and she doesn’t look like she’s in pain, but her poops are in different shapes, i want to get her baby gas drops, and I was wondering if there’s anything I have to look for, is any baby gas drops okay? are there some ingredients that I have to check before buying?

Most baby gas drops would be fine! There are really strict rules on what can be fed to babies so there often isn’t many additives and if it’s made of simethicone, it’ll probably be fine for rabbits! These are the ones I use

As far as I remember the pharmacy had such drops in different concentrations, I would pick one where you can easily measure out 10-20mg of Simethicone (the one I use has about 40mg/ml, one dose of that is 8 drops - easily soaked up by pellets or a little oatmeal),
