Was petting one of the buns yesterday and felt some rough patches. I will attach pictures. Doesn’t seem to bother her. She is eating fine and active. Any idea what this is? How to treat it? We do have other rabbits and have not felt it on others. TIA!

Where are these located and are they close to each other? Did your rabbit undergo injections anytime this year?

The first photo only reminds me of the flaking seen with fungal infections like ringworm, but the other two seem much more like healing from a small prick.

Any fights between your rabbits which lead to fur pulling?

No fighting that I have seen. Spots not close to each other at all. Should i use some clotramizole cream on the flaking spot?

If your rabbit hasn't really been bugging it, cream may make her, and that might welcome bacteria, scratches, etc. to it. I would say monitor each spot and if anything starts spreading/the scabs show unhealthy progressions, then considering treatment would be good. I'm a bit stumped, but I do think it is safe, at this point, to simply monitor how the skin develops over time and be vigilant on what she's doing with it, especially since you're reporting she seems fine (assuming poop, pee, appetite, energy, and body language falls into that).
