So I was looking into getting some square hay bales from some local farmers for my growing fluffle.

It seems like everyone only has a Timothy/brome/alfalfa mix. Not one or the other. Is this okay for my adult buns? I know Alfalfa isn't good for adults, but would it be okay for a mix?

Thought I would check with the experts before emailing anyone back. Thanks guys!!

I personally wouldn't use a mix - as some bunnies pick out their favourite hay (generally the unhealthy ones) and refuse to eat the good stuff.

It might be something good give them temporarily :)

Had a feeling that would be the case. Dang bad bunnies! :p

Thanks Mini!

We buy bales of hay. A nice Timothy bale would be great but they're hard to find so we just get a good horse quality coastal hay at our local store
