I had a big bang coming from my room so I went up to my room and it's so my bunny chewing on a cool pad. I picked it up and it was completely empty all of the fluid was emptied out of it it I wasn't in the room when he was chewing it so I don't know how much he ingested the floor was wet so I assumed that most of it was emptied on the floor I immediately topped up all of his water and he drank it he seems fine right now but I don't know what to do when I went in the room he was licking his lips and still chewing on it so I really don't know how much he has had I know you guys are all going to reply to bring him to the vet but my parents are very stubborn and when I say stubborn I mean stubborn also no because of covid none of my vets are open right now unless it's an emergency please please please tell me what to do his moth is also really messy

You can phone your vet to double check on what to do, but as long as large chunks of the plastic weren't consumed, I believe the contents of those ice packs are supposed to be non toxic like Preitler mentioned, and it shouldn't be an issue and your rabbit should be fine.
