I have two and they got in a fight recently, so it may be from that!

Yeah looks like a healing bite wound. Make sure it’s kept dry and keep an eye out for it getting red around the edges or irritated. Coconut oil is good for dry skin (as the bite heals and flakes) and has antibacterial properties .
