Hi, my rabbit is Netherland dwarf and hi is 5 months old. Last month I discovered that he doesn't breed with other female rabbit that I also have. And I checked his penis and as you can see at the photos, it's really dirty and it looks like his penis and testicles are swollen. Also he lost a lot of his hair on the leg as well. Can you tell me what's wrong with him and how to make him better? Also is there any way for me to make him better without going to the vet?
Thank you.

Your rabbit has urine scald and likely has a urinary tract infection, and if so will need an antibiotic such as enrofloxacin or smz/tmp to help clear it up. Because of the soiling on his hind feet, there is also a chance he has developed sore hocks, and if so that will also need to be taken care of. If you are in a country that has warm weather right now, the urine soaked fur also can pose a risk of fly strike occurring, so the rabbits fur will need to be kept clean and dry, to prevent possible fly strike. Once you are able to start your rabbit on the proper antibiotic, that will help stop the urine leaking and help the fur to stay dry.

I'm not sure what country you are in, but many countries require a prescription from a vet to get these antibiotics. If you are in a country that requires this then you will need to take your rabbit to a knowledgeable rabbit vet to get the proper medication. If you don't have experienced rabbit vets where you are, then you will need to ensure that you are given the proper antibiotic and not one that is dangerous to give to rabbits.

Thank you so much for the reply and I'm in melbourne, Australia. Where do I buy the antibiotic?

Also does this stop male rabbit to breed with other female rabbits?

If you can't even afford a vet visit, breeding rabbits sounds like a disaster waiting to happen - it can always go wrong and the doe and / or the kits might need vet care. Besides, breeding sick animals is most unwise. Your rabbit is probably in pain.
I agree with the urine burn caused by UTI diagnostic. You're going to need to go to the vet. It's where you'll find antibiotics and most vets won't sell them without seeing the animal first to avoid making the situation worse. It won't go away on its own - it looks pretty bad as it is and if you leave it, he'll probably have secondary issues like pododermatitis or open sores on his hindquarter before long.

What Aki said. The vet will prescribe the antibiotic, or if you have farm supply stores they may have antibiotics for livestock, though this will probably require a prescription from the vet as well, but the cost of the antibiotic may be less expensive than buying it from the vet. You can't just use any antibiotic with rabbits. You have to use one that isn't dangerous for them to be given orally, and you need the proper one that will treat a UTI.

There is a rabbit clinic in Melbourne, that is supposed to be experienced with rabbits, or you can look for a different vet. There is one recommended by another RO member that is supposed to be not as expensive.

Whether this is causing him to not want to breed, it's possible, or there could be something else causing him to not want to breed. I'm only guessing that he has a UTI as it would be the most common cause of urine scald/urinary incontinence, but it's possible that there is another health problem causing it, and this is something that a vet would need to investigate.

Is my buck too young to breed or does he have to be older than my doe? not sure

Your buck dosen’t need to be older than the doe and he can breed your doe with no problem. It’s only the does that have a recommended age when you can breed them.
