I got my bunny neutered 6 days ago and had some complications with him opening the incision and having to have it glued back together. he seems to be healing, but he has a big black scab over the incision he re-opened. if there isn't any redness is that a cause for concern? he's still eating and drinking and he's not swollen.

If there isn't swelling, redness, yellowish scab, oozing, heat, or a lump then there's likely not any infection as those would be the signs that there was one. It sounds like it's probably healing up fine. Though if you aren't sure, always best to check with your vet. Maybe take a picture and email it to them.
